I wrote both of these files in Spanish. Spanish is a language that I enjoy learning and applying to my life. It is also a skill that I have developed throughout middle school and am proud of. I work very hard in class to understand the grammatical areas and vocabulary of Spanish. Every 4 weeks, the class sets individual goals to achieve for the nine weeks, and I strive to reach these goals. I hope to study abroad in a Spanish environment and continue my Spanish education in college.

Road Trip Wiki
The group road trip project was good practice for situations when I will have to work with others even if I don't want to. It was a collaborative process that enabled the students to work together in group of two or three. I worked in a group of three. I do not generally enjoy working in a group setting. I find it difficult to communicate with others and trust the other members to accomplish what needs to be done. I was fortunate to be placed in a productive group. I learned to problem solve in a group setting which is an important skill to develop early on. Overall, my group was successful. Although next time I was put in this situation I would make sure that I worked harder to communicate better with my group members.

This document is a works cited from a language arts paper. We had to provide a minimum of four citations. This process enhanced my knowledge and ability to use online databases and the Dewey Decimal System. Over the course of our week in the library, I noticed myself locating the information quicker and with more accuracy. I enjoy this type of "busy work." I was also able to use a resource called Noodle Tools which would point out the errors in my citations and allowed me to fix my mistakes. In this way, I was able to better understand the method of editing citations. I would add more citations and a wider variety of resources if I were to do this project again.

The BarbieBungee3 document demonstrates mathematical reasoning, reflection, and data interpretation. As a group of 4, we had to collect data, display it through a graph and a chart, and make a conclusion based on the collected data. It was the result of a unit on linear equations. It challenged me to put my ideas and thoughts on paper in words rather than mathematical equations and expressions. The Barbie Bungee gave me an opportunity to reflect on my group's ability to work together and my own challenges using mathematical reasoning and reflection tools.
